bitracer Is multiroom available on the Wingo (over Swisscom) network? I'm thinking about getting Wingo subscription for my parents.
Gaeilgeoir @bitracer No, it is unfortunately not possible. Although Wingo is a Swisscom daughter, mixing of the services is not possible.
bitracer That's a bummer. It would have made Wingo even more attractive to Swisscom customers, for example for secondary residences. Hope this can be introduced in the future.
Gaeilgeoir @bitracer Good idea, but I don't think this will happen, I suppose Swisscom wants to leave both brands strictly separated.
bitracer And yet Wingo resells the blue TV packages and there is a blue TV app on the Wingo TV boxes. https://www.wingo.ch/de/internet/wingo-tv/blue-tv It would really make sense to be able to steam blue TV using the multiroom option without artificial restrictions.
Gaeilgeoir @bitracer If you use the App (independent via WIngo TV or Apple TV or LG/Samsung TVs) the multiroom option can be used, of course, but only if you have a Blue Internet at the location you want to use it.
