Connection to OCS

  • Hello, since this morning I have no longer been able to connect to my OCS application through Swisscom, even though I put in my identifiers, I am no longer able to connect.     Oh yes! This happened to me so often that I gave up using the OCS app.

    I called Swisscom who referred me to OCS, in Paris, who referred me to Swisscom!

    Also being a Canal+ subscriber, I use the myCANAL app, which allows me to see all the films that have been broadcast on OCS. You can even see them several hours before they are broadcast, often. And if we watch them live, we even have the possibility of starting them from the beginning.

    Some people have no problem connecting to the OCS app. There are privileged people.

    But if you absolutely want to connect to the OCS app, try using a browser other than your usual one. I succeeded a few times this way.

    Just one question: do you use the app on the Swisscom box? There the connection works better. For me, it’s with the OCS app on the Apple TV box that’s giving me trouble.

    On the Swisscom box it works really well.

    I also subscribe to Canal+ so I can see all the series, all the films, all the documentaries… that they air on OCS.

    But I can’t connect to the application on my iPhone, it’s impossible.

    This has also happened to me often in the past and then suddenly it would work again for a while and then it would go wrong again.

    I don’t think I’m going to worry too much, I’m going to watch on Canal+ and I’m going to try to connect from time to time.

    I also called Swisscom who told me there was nothing they could do and advised me to contact OCS directly, which I did but in fact the two passed the buck.

    in fact I have no solution.

    Honestly I don’t see a solution.

    So here is the solution; it now connects by itself!

    You need to make some settings in Settings, Safari, Confidentiality and Security:

    The most important thing, it seems to me, was: Hide the IP: Trackers only.

    I uninstalled the application, reinstalled it, put in my Swisscom codes and it works again, thank you very much.

    Hello thank you very much to all of you for your answers and yes I kept my devices I made the same changes to the settings that you gave me above but it is still impossible to connect.

    However the first time it worked and I haven’t changed anything since.

    Hi, I can’t connect to the ocs app on iPhone with my account

    When I click on “I connect” it tells me to choose on which platform I select ocs then it takes me to a page (as if I was on safari) I connect it works but when I click on ok at the top on the left it closes the page and it returns to the starting point I have to connect etc, I have iOS up to date I have removed the app still nothing and I am subscribed to ocs
