Thank you Doremi for your valuable advice, much appreciated, but Swisscom is missing the point, and the cusotmer promise statement.
“Swisscom has a duty to everyone to make the possibilities of a connected world accessible, easy to use and relevant. That is our responsibility. And it’s also our promise as the Swisscom brand.” this translates to me, as a customer, to make the possiblities of a connected world -and current services, like a connected SAN- accesible.
Now it’s either I have to upgrade my SAN, with the associated investment incurred for the Synology brand; or I will need to move to the Swisscom cloud, with the uncertainty to charge me for its usage in the future; or move to another provider.
