f you are using a pre-paid SIM card in your router to access Swisscom Cockpit, you may still be able to receive the SMS code by using a different mobile phone. Here are the steps you can try:
Find a mobile phone that can receive SMS messages and insert the SIM card that is associated with your Swisscom Cockpit account.
Attempt to log in to Swisscom Cockpit as you normally would.
When prompted to enter your mobile number, enter the phone number associated with the SIM card in your router.
Swisscom will send an SMS code to the mobile phone that you inserted the SIM card into.
Retrieve the SMS code from the mobile phone and enter it on the Swisscom Cockpit login page.
Once you have entered the SMS code, you should be able to access Swisscom Cockpit as usual.
If you do not have access to a mobile phone that can receive SMS messages, you may need to contact Swisscom customer 0800 800 800 service for assistance with logging in to Swisscom Cockpit.
