Try logging in again with a different internet browser and using http://webmail.bluewin.ch.

@Jürgen N When you open something? Another question: Are you in MySwisscom? If so, you have the same password for webmail. If you have changed the password, you will also change it for webmail.

With Firefox this all works without any problems for me.

0800 800 800 wasn’t much help.
It was recommended that I probably have to change the PW. Which I did.
It remains a mystery why I had no problems with exactly the same settings in the canton of Graubünden.
Now a message has appeared in the PC tip that Firefox is briefly causing a problem.
Maybe that was it.
