It’s not as easy as you might think, because Swisscom has invented different parallel use regulations for each form of video stream.

So it’s not the same situation whether you want to watch a “normal” TV stream or a channel from an additional package, etc.

The help link to the detailed regulations is already included in one of the previous posts, so you can take a look there and interpret how you understand it for yourself.

Does it really have to be so complicated for customers with the additional packages?

Unfortunately I don’t know myself, but Swisscom seems to be convinced of it 🙂

Exactly, the link I posted in post 2 leads to the detailed regulations as Swisscom has on the homepage.

As I already wrote, the following applies to Blue Sport:

5 TVs* and 1 mobile device at the same time.

    * TV-Box von Swisscom, Apple TV 4K or Smart TV

Okay, of course this only applies if there is enough bandwidth.

@Donausches89 here is the detailed regulation in pictures:

    Hello @Griechessi82

Then I’ll just add to my text from before!

It is easily possible to watch 5 blue Sport streams at home via Swisscom TV boxes, Apple TV or Smart TV. And also a smartphone or a tablet, or 1 laptop.

And that’s actually always been the case.

@Stephan_76 Then Swisscom’s statement (see below) would be wrong, which I don’t believe:

I can remember my early days with Blue Sports. For testing purposes, I wanted to watch a live game on my laptop that was currently running on the box -> it didn’t work. I haven’t tried it since, but I’ll give it a try tonight.

    Hello @Gaeilgeoir

Order additionally Multiroom Max and use your blue TV subscription on up to 5 televisions at the same time (TV-Box von Swisscom, Apple TV 4K or Smart TV).

Independent of Multiroom Max, the following device limits for simultaneous television apply to mobile additional devices such as smartphones, tablets or laptops:

Hoi @Stephan_76 Well, as it stands, Blue Sport only doesn’t work on one device at the same time on 5. Or am I misunderstanding something, but I’ll just test it later 🙂

it’s a real pain to not be able to watch two football games at the same time Swisscom. For the fee we pay every month are you keeding??? Today I would like to watch FCB and my son Real Madrid, both play the same time and both are on blue. BUT we can only watch ONE. I tried on TV, computer or even the APP on the phone. This is the most stupid thing, I think about cancelling my abo if you don’t allow at least a second device
