It’s best to open a fault ticket with BMW and Swisscom and be persistent, i.e. demand that the two companies sort things out between themselves. At Swisscom you can find support here:

Tel. 0800 800 800

or

Private customers: Contact via hotline, chat, message | Swisscom

Here you may only have to request that the case be escalated to 2nd level support, who should sort this out together with BMW if necessary.

In fact, activating the BMW eSIM is currently only possible for private customers. Unfortunately, Swisscom does not currently offer company subscriptions for technical reasons. However, Swisscom is working on it, but I don’t know an exact date.

Doesn’t really help you though…

Please let me know if you were able to solve the problem. Unfortunately it still doesn’t work for me. I’ll try to create a ticket via corporate customer support next week.

According to current information from the Swisscom business hotline, this should only work for Natel go subscriptions from around April 1st, 2023. I’m excited…

I’ve had the same problem since January! It doesn’t work and no one is responsible. On my second BMW I no longer chose the accessories… For what they pay 400 Stutz… if they can’t get it to work

When I asked BMW and Swisscom in May, they said I was the only one with this problem. When I read the entries in the forum, it seems like a lot of customers are affected…

I wonder whether we can put more pressure together, either at Swisscom or at BMW.

Who have you already had contact with about this?
