On January 27, 2023, there was a program error on the TF1 channel in the Blue TV TV guide.
The “Weather” program lasts from 7:55 p.m. to 1:55 a.m.
I would like to record the programs which should be from 8:45 p.m., but I can’t since “The Weather” takes up the entire evening.

Excuse me if the question has already been asked, but the TV guide has been unblocking for some time and gives bad information on the programs that are not accurate (it is noted that it is showing a certain show/film/series etc.
And when we are on the channel there is something completely different as a program, so when will we have a correction of this problem.

Unfortunately I cannot give you an answer, but I support your request because more and more often I cannot record what I would like because of the guide which is not fair.
It is not a question of deprogramming at the last moment, because the program announced in my newspaper published 1-2 weeks before is indeed the one which is broadcast on TV.

Thank you for your response, but a few months ago Swisscom/bluewin changed service providers for the same reasons.
Thing which is reproduced again, it is not up to us to suffer these problems this pauses worries for the recordings in addition to the fact that when we program recordings we have to modify the start of those by 20 to 30 minutes here (if we wish to have the program/film and other in full).
Hard to accept in 2024 with all the technological advances, with VCRs you just had to enter a code for the recording to start at the right time….
Do you find this normal? that an old system was more effective than what is happening now?

Normal? Certainly not. But the system you are referring to, VPS, worked with analog television. It seems that there is a new system currently, is it still being developed? I don’t know.
As for the program guide, I think that in Switzerland the providers are as unserious, not to say bad, as each other. I experienced 2 with Swisscom and 1 with UPC, it’s the same thing.
I also have access to a French service provider: I can tell you that the guide is much more serious. And I consult the programs in a French newspaper every day, they are generally perfectly correct. The newspaper comes out about 2 weeks before. So we can’t really blame last-minute changes.
My question or observation: are there good guide providers in Switzerland?
