Hello @gabinou80, thank you for your contribution.

I just did the test and the link [“Powerbank”](https://www.swisscom.ch/fr/clients-prives/produits/powerbanks.html?stch=plp&ing=ptl-device-first&simplyDigital=true&journey= device-first&payOption=ONE_TIME&filterQuery=subcategories😛owerbanks&adobe_mc=MCMID=08720268669542560523895938565532594799|MCORGID=A1744010 53C92A7E0A490D4C%40AdobeOrg|TS=1659956346&adobe_mc=MCMID=059002777400 77258282534577902741633458|MCORGID=A174401053C92A7E0A490D4C%40AdobeOrg |TS=1669730338&adobe_mc=MCMID%3D4697384097447852144082096198292000810 0%7CMCORGID%3DA174401053C92A7E0A490D4C%2540AdobeOrg%7CTS%3D1676540461) works correctly.

@StéphanieC There is still a problem with this link which always gives me the answer:

Sorry
Due to maintenance work or technical problems, the desired page is not accessible at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes.

THANKS

On the other hand, after using the basic link on the product page, i.e. [https://www.swisscom.ch/fr/clients-prives/produits/powerbanks.html](https://www.swisscom.ch/ fr/private-clients/products/powerbanks.html) which works the first time. The complicated link starts working.

Hi @DanielD, I tested the link on the following browsers: Chrome, Edge and FireFox.

I didn’t experience any disruption and was able to open the link without any issues.
However, I am happy to pass your feedback on to the relevant department.

Have a good day

Thanks for the tips.

@hed that sounds more progressive than conservative in my opinion.

In terms of environmental friendliness, printing seems very environmentally friendly to me compared to the emissions involved in manufacturing and charging the power bank. In other words, for a power bank to be more environmentally friendly, it has to be in operation very often. Do the Swisscom emissions specialists know more details @LeaH?

With Chimpy/Battere as mentioned by @Raberiggi or fuelroad, this seems more likely to me. By the way, it’s not just available at the machine and in the past there was even a cheap subscription. If the company receives enough demand, it will definitely come back soon. *motivatingTowardsSwisscomProductDevelopmentView*

Then look for someone with an Android device. With “Reverse Wireless Charging” activated, you simply place your phone on the back of the other device and charging begins.

Does this really depend on the operating system and not more on a charging option like Qi?

@Stauldoteiy82 The question you asked @LeaH cannot be answered in such a general way. This depends very much on the power bank (its size/manufacture/shipping/use/etc) and many other factors. Therefore, unfortunately we cannot go into this in more detail here.

At P-E TRUDEAU airport it is not possible to obtain a connection by cell phone.

The free wifi at the airport works well but swisscom does not want to allow access to email functions without a mobile phone. So don’t plan to make an appointment on site.

Subsequently, not having a smartphone it is not possible to create an identity therefore all emails are inaccessible during the trip!!!
