Or were there previously these “grandmother salesmen” who, for example, when asked about a setting, would not immediately sell a new cell phone at Swisscom? I assumed that it was just not released to customers with questions at the time.

Good useful tips but the tip with the lock screen, well 🙄 why is there an emergency call button on the cell phone 🤔 I think is much better.
