Cancellation of minimum contract period

Hi, I got internet + tv connection last year Dec'21 with minimum contract of 24 months. This year in December moving to service apartments which has internet already. Termination of contract after 12 months, will need any penalties. Do I need to pay, please advice?

@Thanneiwo29 As it is special situation, I can imagine, that Swisscom accepts the cancellation, but to be sure, I would contact the hotline 0800 800800 for advice.
