  • Good morning,

on October 1 I receive according to my subscription 40 gigabytes = OK each month

on the evening of October 3 I have 31 gigabytes left and I sent 2 watsapps why are my gigabytes visibly melting while my device is turned off in the evening? and I didn’t see anything else, no surfing, nothing?

    thank you for your help

Well if I look at the battery apart from watsapp 28 percent the rest of the trifles and today I’m still at 31 gigabytes since yesterday I didn’t touch anything last month I had losses of 3 to 4 gigabytes per day just to see whatsapp messages

Battery usage is not the right indicator.

What you need to check is the volume of mobile data measured by the phone. You have to look in the communications configurations, not in the maintenance section of the phone.

This Apple help should be valid for an iPhone XR with iOS 16

Use mobile data on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support (UK)

    View your data consumption
To find out your mobile data usage, go to Settings > Cellular Data or Settings > Mobile Data. If you’re using an iPad, you may see Settings > Cellular Data instead.

    Hello @todk,

As our members tell you, you can check data consumption in your iPhone settings. This will allow you to see which services are the most data intensive on your device.

    Beautiful day
