Changing language from German to English

How do I access English TV on the apps and internet - the setting appear to change to German automatically. Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions?

I use blue TV app on ATV in English. It works fine. Try to change the language in My Swisscom.

open blue TV Web, click on blue TV in the upper left corner

go to the bottom of the page to find the language combo, choose English
