Blue tv app problem

Since about March/April I have been unable to use the Blue tv app on my iPad without first having to give in the code from the tv. I have an iPad 11 plus and the iOS operating version is up to date.

Also, the app does not show up on the list of apps under settings.

if necessary first uninstall it and then reinstall it
