Delivery

The new iPhone models can only be pre-ordered from 9 September 2022 (14:00) in all sales channels, according to the FiFo principle (FiFo = First in, First out).

The delivery times since the launch of the new iPhones are still slightly longer. We expect delivery times to be even longer for this year's iPhone, mainly due to the current situation. For iPhones, the FiFo principle applies across all channels until we have sufficient quantities to deliver. Therefore the delivery order depends on when the order was placed, regardless of the channel used. Availability and delivery date depend on model, colour and storage capacity.

Hello everyone,

A first shipment of Apple Watch Series 8, Watch Ultra and Watch SE will arrive tomorrow, September 28, 2022. It will be possible to purchase watches via all our channels. Depending on availability, watches will be offered in our Swisscom Shops.

However, delays are to be expected. We cannot estimate future delivery times at this time.

I remember hearing problems with the new Android 13 update when it first came out, and I've been holding off on it for a while now is it good now, have the fixed issues and should I install it now? I remember hearing people would be stuck in the bootloader and not get out, and that their phone would actually get worse battery life and crash all the time. Is this true still?
