@Feuchuchug86 Did you try to set-up your Bluewin Account on outlook, as described in this link?

Could you tell us, what the error message said?
When the password is the problem: The webmail password (which is actually the same password as for MySwisscom, this Community and other Swisscom applications) is not the same as it must be used for Outlook or other E-mail clients. You can set the the password in MySwisscom under "Your products" -> "E-mail".
