Using bluewin with outlook

I am trying to connect my bluewin account to outlook, but I keep getting an error message. Does anyone know how I do this?

Could you tell us, what the error message said?

When the password is the problem: The webmail password (which is actually the same password as for MySwisscom, this Community and other Swisscom applications) is not the same as it must be used for Outlook or other E-mail clients. You can set the the password in MySwisscom under "Your products" -> "E-mail".

Thanks - I've just discovered this and had to reset my Email password, so it now works

Maybe you can help on something else. I'm trying to attach my bluewin account to Outlook. It works on my laptop, but not on my iPhone. I've followed all the steps from the Swisscom website to ensure bluewin is a recognised email account, but when I get on my iphone it doesn't recognise the account. I then manually enter the account and it goes to IMAP. All the ports and paths are correct and it asks me for an IMAP Password. I used my bluewin email password (different to Swisscom login). Is there yet another password for IMAP?

@Feuchuchug86 Unfortunately I never installed Outlook on an Iphone. As far as I know, there is no special IMAP password. Did you use the correct Server settings:
