With the Bluewin app, Swisscom is putting itself on the sidelines! A few days ago the ice hockey championship was running again but you didn’t notice it in the “Live Sport” at Bluewin because there was nothing! In addition, the app is so packed with advertising that it is slowly but surely no longer enjoyable!

To save myself trouble, I guess I have no choice but to delete this horrible app!

Bluewin no longer shows ice hockey, it’s all on the Sky app with MySport.

@Tossentio11 The Ice Hockey National League has long been available only via mySports.

You have two options for subscribing to the Swisscom TV boxes:

With the “mySports Pro” package via Swisscom via “normal” channels.

or via Sky CH, but then in the Sky app.

Via Apple TV, Smart TV, mobile devices and PC/laptop only via the Sky app (with the Sky Sport+mySports subscription).

If you are with a cable provider such as Sunrise/UPC or Quickline, you can watch it there via a TV box with the mySports Pro package.

Is it possible that Swisscom fed in the bogus “Edge Sport” channel?

I complained to mySports that the DEL wasn’t shown on Thursday evening.

According to mySports.ch, they showed it on the channel without any problems.

The DEL game was also not visible on blue TV. The game was listed on the TV guide on sky.ch and mysports.ch. By the way, the game couldn’t be seen on the Sky app either.

According to this statement from mySports, I hope you didn’t lie to me, it looks as if Edge Sport Germany, instead of mySports Edge Sport (CH version), will be broadcast on Sky and Swisscom (Blue TV).

Can you follow up on that? Firstly, you have the correct stream from the mySports version of this station, and secondly, the program data would have to be adjusted.

You can compare the content of mySports Edge Sport tomorrow evening with what is on mysports.ch.

In fact, the worm crawled in here in several places. We are therefore very grateful for the information.

1. Sunrise/MySports sent the wrong broadcast signal to the world without hockey. So also to Swisscom.

2. Sunrise/MySports informed customers correctly in the EPG - with the DEL in the program.

3. Swisscom has published the EPG data for the German version of EDGE - Without Ice Hockey.

Point 1 should be fixed. You’ll see hockey tonight.

Point 2 has always been correct. However, the picture broadcast did not match the TV Guide.

We are now working hard on point 3 to ensure that this is still true in the evening.

A little late, what I observed last Thursday:

The DEL game was shown on time, so the right stream seems to be there now.

But in terms of quality, it was terrible. But it’s not Swisscom’s fault, because it was clear that the quality of the advertising was good. The live game was quite jerky, so it was impossible to follow an ice hockey game like this.

The EPG is now at least as it should be 😉 Thanks to everyone who got involved 😉

Let’s hope mySport now does its job so that you can actually watch a game with a smooth picture. I already informed them…
