net+ in Valais also broadcasts LCI in HD.

In summary, Swisscom is the only one to broadcast in SD…

You prefer to broadcast English channels in HD, when English is not even a national language!!!

@Watchinlight It’s not that simple, the English channels are transmitted via satellite in freely available HD in Switzerland, which is why Swisscom and others can use them, since they are freely available in this country. Channels which are not available by satellite (FTA = free to air) or whose HD version is not available cannot be broadcast by Swisscom; this requires agreements with the channels.

And if the channels don’t want it, for example in the case of Paris Premium, it doesn’t work. LCl is no longer available in unencrypted HD via satellite, it was different before. And if LCl doesn’t release the signal, that’s how it is. Swisscom / Sunrise does not have the right to decrypt the signals.
