Fupelau59 Hello, I recently switched to Swisscom and kept my number, however whenever I sign up for an online service that requires that I receive a mobile text with a confirmation code to my mobile number - it does not arrive. Does anyone else have this issue? I have tried all phone based settings, imessage, facetime is configured correctly. I added the sim as an eSIM to see if that would solve the issue. I have good 5G coverage, tried with + without wifi, just cellular, with and without mobile data on. I’m on a new iPhone 13. I cannot log into my healthcare or Google Account without a phone number that receives text messages. Thanks!
Doremi @Fupelau59 Hello Only the free Swisscom hotline can check the eSIM data on 0800 800 800. Ps I have an iphone 13 pros and SMS works normally with the eSIM! Sincerely Doremi

Donioli29 i have the same problem, i just receive message from another swisscom numbers, another numbers with another operators(sunrise, salt), i don’t receive. And confirmations codes, from some apps, i don’t receive too, for example, steam, microsoft, etc.
bitracer Do you have the multi SIM option? Make sure that the SIM in the phone is the primary one. Only the primary SIM can receive SMSs.
Donioli29 I have blue mobile L. I dont receive security message codes, for example facebook Steam Instagram etc, and normal messages from other operators, for example SALT and SUNRISE Numbers.
