Hi @Stephan_76
Thanks for the tip. Just saw it on an iPad mini. Is fixed and comes with the next version 6.0.1. 🚀
@Stephan_76 Thanks for your screenshot - yes, that’s what I meant… and @RomanBl thank you for the fix 👍! I’m looking forward to it…😀
Don’t worry, your recordings are not deleted. We have already received this report from another customer and it is likely the same problem as yours. This will be fixed with the next hotfix v6.0.1 (next week at the latest). If not, please be sure to get in touch again.
Best regards and have a nice evening! 👋
Planned recordings 1: As far as sorting is concerned, I see the recording at the top that is furthest in the future. It should actually be exactly the opposite. I’m particularly interested in the planned recordings that are coming up next. Or at least it should be sortable.
Scheduled recordings 2: When I cancel a planned episode on the iPad, the message appears that it was canceled successfully, but it does not disappear from the overview. This is a bit confusing. At the end you have to log in again so that everything really disappears. The problem only seems to occur with continuous shooting. And only if “All older recordings” have been reloaded in the recordings.
Scheduled recordings 3: Previously, you could cancel scheduled recordings with a swipe to the left. That doesn’t work anymore either.
Good morning dear community 👋
In the coming days~ version 6.0.1 will appear as an update in the App Store. We have improved the following:
- We have reintroduced the day view. To do this, simply press the channel in the TV Guide (reported by @Mountainman in [10](https://community.swisscom.ch/t5/Nutzung-mit-TV-App-Web/Update-der-blue -TV-App-f%C3%BCr-iPhone-amp-iPad/m-p/701229#M12466)). For everyone who would prefer to play the channel live directly (for example @roku73 in [204](https://community.swisscom.ch/t5/Super-User-Lounge/Top-Secret-Ank%C3 %BCndung/m-p/701230#M25672)), you can adjust this using the “…” button (see appendix).
- Now you can change the channel again by swiping up or down (reported by @digi66 in [15](https://community.swisscom.ch/t5/Nutzung-mit-TV-App-Web /Update-the-blue-TV-App-f%C3%BCr-iPhone-amp-iPad/m-p/701320#M12473)). We have also added the option to turn this off to avoid unintentional program changes (for you @Stephan_76 😉).
- The white bar on Apple devices without a home button is now hidden (reported by @muusCOM in [18](https://community.swisscom.ch/t5/Nutzung-mit-TV-App-Web/Update -the-blue-TV-app-f%C3%BCr-iPhone-amp-iPad/m-p/701361#M12476)).
- Some customers with recordings older than 30 days were no longer able to access the recordings. This has now been fixed.
- Individual customers were asked each time if they would like to rate the app. This query now only comes once.
- Some customers had to deal with many crashes. We are very sorry about that. However, we were able to reproduce many crashes, identify the problem and fix it. We hope that this will minimize or even eliminate crashes for most customers (@hed)
- We feel like we’ve made the loading time in the TV Guide a little faster, but we’ll continue to improve it (reported by @Stephan_76 in [2](https://community.swisscom.ch/t5/Nutzung-mit-TV-App-Web/Update-der-blue-TV-App-f%C3%BCr-iPhone-amp-iPad/m-p/ 701194#M12458), @Albatros2 in [5](https://community.swisscom.ch/t5/Nutzung-mit-TV-App-Web/Update-der-blue-TV-App-f%C3%BCr-iPhone-amp-iPad/m-p/ 701211#M12461))
- The remote control now displays the correct IP1400 image (reported by @roku73 in [217](https://community.swisscom.ch/t5/Super-User-Lounge/Top-Secret-Ank%C3% BCtermination/m-p/701318#M25694)). Thanks for the report!
We would like to thank you all for the numerous reports and are happy about every further bug report, crash report, etc. ❤️
Please don’t forget to rate the blue TV app in the App Store. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Best regards,

Hello RomanBl
I was just able to load the new update. I think it’s great how you solved it with swiping. And it’s nice that you can now click on the station logo and, depending on the setting, go straight to the live program. The annoying bar on the iPhone is gone as you promised. The EPG also reacts a little faster.
Unfortunately, the bar remains displayed for far too long during highlights and even more disturbing if, like yesterday in the FC Basel - SFC game, a marker is mistakenly placed twice (29th minute red card), the bar automatically comes back during playback. Please be sure to improve this. It doesn’t really have to be displayed for 12 seconds. And you can’t hide it by tapping on the display either. It works in normal live mode, so it only affects the highlights function.
So that you can reproduce this better, if you click on the 1st red card in the game FCB - SFC, the bar disappears after 12 seconds and appears again for the 2nd red card (also 29th minute of the same action) and then after another 12 seconds to disappear automatically. Please definitely make improvements here.
After your update 6.0.1. When I re-registered, all device downloads were gone again - this happens again and again, it’s annoying!
When can content be played at speeds of 1.25 and 1.5 again?
TV Guide Daily view of a channel’s program only works with a grid; with a list, the daily program still cannot be accessed by clicking on the logo.
Synchronization of deleted content between the app and the box no longer synchronizes correctly. You always have to log in to the app!
here is a detailed explanation.
If you watch something on the big TV at home and then delete it on the box, it will be deleted on the box, but no longer in the app 6.0!
There is no synchronization.
You have to log out of the app manually and log in again, then the status is the same as on the box.
The synchronization must work again across boxes/devices as quickly as possible.
Every time you log out of the app, the downloads are deleted.
@bluepatrick I can’t confirm the deletion, I deleted several episodes of a series on the box 2 hours ago, it was synchronized on all my media (including the IOS app), do you have 6.0 .1 version already installed?

Hello @RomanBl, I have already explained the two points with the planned recordings (now 3 points) under point 28. There was no improvement with the latest update.
What is currently very unstable is the 10 seconds backward, 30 seconds forward button during a live TV broadcast. If you press the 10 second button once or several times, you will often get an “Oops, something went wrong” and you will be thrown out of the live broadcast. Or you often suddenly jump to the very beginning of the current live broadcast. You definitely have to make improvements, as this function has become unusable.
And something else happened today: I’m watching the Tagesschau in replay, the show is finished after about 30 minutes and the expected option “Continue watching” or “Switch to LiveTV” appears. I press “Continue Watching,” but instead I jump straight to LiveTV.
But there still needs to be a little criticism.
What bothers me is the fact that you are releasing (and not for the first time) a completely revised and very poorly tested major update. I work in software quality assurance myself and it is incomprehensible to me that such an untested version could be released to customers. The most basic functions no longer work or are buggy, functions that were there for years are suddenly gone. You can’t do everything on the customers’ backs with the expectation that they will then report the bugs. That seems dubious and unprofessional to me. Such so-called “bananaware” may be published by other (foreign) companies that may invest little money and capacity in quality assurance. But I expect a lot more from Swisscom.
I hope that you at least fix the reported bugs as quickly as possible. You can’t expect a compliment from me because, as I said, I have completely different expectations of a company like Swisscom. And above all, the maxim should always apply: a product should always get better with an update and never worse.

@Stephan_76 @RomanBl I have the one with the 12s. already written in post 5. Either we’re talking about the pause button or the bar at the bottom, both of which simply remain displayed for far too long when watching highlights.
@RomanBl you can do this for 12 seconds. e.g. halve?
To do this, you could highlight the highlight marker you clicked on so that you know which one you clicked on before…
