Feedback on unfriendly contact

  • Good day.

I’m actually always satisfied with the customer contact from technical support, even if I still have constant problems with the internet.

When I receive review requests, I rate them too.

But now I caught a gentleman (I know his name) who was very unfriendly, didn’t want to help me for free and simply hung up on me on the phone.

How can I complain about this gentleman?

You are here in the “Customers helping customers” forum, which means we cannot help you with your complaint. Please try via the helpdesk on 0800 800 800.

However, we may be able to help you with your internet problems here. Please write a new post in the forum and describe your problem there:

Basically, not EVERY SERVICE is free…

    Example:

    Troubleshooting is free.

Sending the passwords to the contract holder is free

    Not free are:

    Setting up Outlook

Setting up a WiFi connection for your PC or cell phone…

Problems with the PC are also not part of the free service.

It would therefore also be important to find out what the issue is.

Support in the event of Internet, TV and telephony malfunctions is also not free if the cause lies in the house installation, i.e. if the UP <> IB supply line or the LAN are not carried out professionally.
