Password for rent or purchase of Blue TV programs

Hello,

Is there a way to password protect the Blue TV purchase or rent of programs? I am looking for a way to stop my children from purchasing or renting movies without us knowing and agreeing to it.

Ideally my kids could look up what they want to watch, but before renting or buying it one of us would have to enter a PIN or a password to authorise the transaction.

Stestengat17 Normally, if you want to rent or buy a film or another payable content you need a PIN to enter.

You can make the setup of the PIN in the customer center MySwisscom:

There you go to "Youth & purchase protection"

There you can manage the PIN and you can additionally set a cost limit.

You also can set the purchase pin directly on your TV box. There you go to the Homescreen, by pressing "Home" on the remote control. Then press the "gear icon" for the settings, then go to "account" then on "payment pin" there you set the tick on "activate" then you will be asked to set the pin.
