Blue Sport

    • Hello everyone, I have the latest TV box and a white UHD box.

    Now I can’t fast forward on Blue Sport in the replay and that’s only on the new box on the old UHD box

    it works perfectly.

    Does anyone know the problem?

    • Ok, it’s a bug that will be fixed in the next few weeks.

      In the meantime you have two options:

      - Use Skip

      - Reset audio setting from surround to stereo

    Try whether it works after resetting the new TV box.

    To do this, press the reset button on the bottom (press into the reset hole with a paper clip or toothpick while the box is running).

    Thanks for your answer, I’ve already done that and had no success. I’ve already had the box replaced by Swisscom. It works with the old UHD box on the second TV but when I plug in the new box it doesn’t work there either.

    For your information, I have Internet Box 3 in use.

    For me, when I was still using the Swisscom Box, it never went to the blue sport channels. Now I use the app on appletv, ios and website: coils are absolutely no problem.

    Hello RomanE Thanks for your answer, I never thought it would work with stereo. Why doesn’t your support know about the bug, because that would have made the whole thing easier. I don’t know how many times I swapped the boxes from one Anschluss to the other. Skip is not an option for me because it doesn’t allow you to search images.
