I subscribed to the My Sports Pro package because I like watching hockey. Today it was pointed out during the broadcast that an NHL match would be broadcast on My Sports 8. But oh, the channel isn’t on blue TV. However, when I look on the MySports.ch website, this channel is part of the MySports Pro package, which you can book with Swisscom… is there any explanation why you don’t get these programs even though they are included in the package should?
@Frufliegron79 Yes, in principle you are right, it should be there, but unfortunately MySport 7-9 are not yet online, see the discussion in the link below, pay particular attention to post 25 by @DeanZ in which he says that the remaining MySports channels will not be activated until December 8, 2021 for technical reasons.
