New terms and conditions of use for Swisscom Login

Dear Community,

Swisscom has updated its terms and conditions of use for Swisscom Login in line with current requirements. You will be asked to accept the new terms and conditions of use from 25 August 2021, when logging in to My Swisscom, Bluewin Webmail or another Swisscom service.

Please be aware of the following changes:

• Access details in the event of death (new), section 2.4
• Security (amended): handling of biometric data, section 4.3
• Data protection (amended): evaluating data, section 8
• Duration and cancellation (new), section 11

The prompt to accept the new terms and conditions will be rolled out gradually. It may be a few weeks therefore before you are asked to confirm your acceptance.
