Confirm the new terms of use for the Swisscom Login

Dear Community,

Swisscom has updated the conditions of use for the Swisscom Login to adapt them to today’s needs. When you log in to My Swisscom, Bluewin Webmail or [another Swisscom service](https://community.swisscom.ch/t5/E-Mail-Apps-Wissensbox/Ein-Login-f%C3%BCr-all- deine-Swisscom-Dienste/ta-p/675189), starting from 25 August 2021 you will be asked to accept the new conditions of use.

The new or modified points are as follows:

  • Access data in the event of death (new), chapter 2.4
  • Security (modified text): processing of biometric data, chapter 4.3
  • Data protection (modified text): data analysis, chapter 8
  • Duration and termination (new), chapter 11

The request to accept the new conditions of use will be published in subsequent phases. For this reason it may take a few weeks before it appears on your account.
