Media uploader Windows does not upload all photos

Hello everyone

I want to upload my photos directly from the SD card using the media uploader in Windows.

All photos are saved on the card in format.jdp and numbered consecutively: DSC_0001.JPG. However, when uploading the photos, not all photos are uploaded with the note “unsupported files”.

I have no explanation why this message appears because all files have the same format…

Have you also taken a look at the file sizes? The photos from professional cameras are often very large and could therefore exceed an artificially set limit.

Thanks for the tip. Yes, I have. The files are no larger than 5MB. Shouldn’t be a problem in my opinion or are there other restrictions on the photos?

Hello dear,

I have now received the pictures from @Baulaulieng20 and was able to upload all 243 pictures without any problems:

I strongly suspect an internet or software error on the part of @Baulaulieng20.

Please download the latest version of MyCloud Desktop from myCloud Desktop. (Uninstall the current one on the device first!).

Maybe @cymett would also have an idea what the problem could be?
