Problem with HbbTv from ORF TVTHEK

    • Hello everyone. I sometimes watch HbbTv Vorarlberg Today. But for some time now I have only received the sound of Vorarlberg Today and the image of the live broadcast, or both images flickering on top of each other. This is also the case with other shows. My mother also has the same problem. How’s it looking for you?

      We have been in direct contact with ORF about this problem for some time. Unfortunately, the error cannot be resolved by Swisscom alone. It is currently not possible to reliably estimate when this problem will be resolved. But we are still working on it.

    The problem is known internally. With the Swisscom Box and UHD TV Box there are currently image disturbances on “Hbb TV”. If a past program is played, the picture flickers.

    Our technicians are currently analyzing the error, but cannot yet say when it will be fixed.

    Like any other company, Swisscom will prioritize such things and there are certainly more important issues on the pending list. those where more users are affected than by the niche feature HbbTv.

    @hed You sometimes make things a bit easy for yourself, why do other Swiss providers manage to do this? If Swisscom can’t manage it, then you just have to say, OK, we can’t do it and that’s good, but offering a service that doesn’t work isn’t a good idea either.

    @ThomasS It’s almost been 5 months now and it still doesn’t work!!!😡 Is the whole thing that much of a problem??? If you offer HbbTV, it should also work. Or not?
