Hello, we are in the internal user test…. (including me) 😀
I can’t say whether we will expand the field trial. I won’t be able to clarify it until Monday because the colleague who coordinates it is still on vacation this week.
Best regards

I asked the PM about the booster and it is planned that we will later expand the trial to external customers. Because of the low availability of the devices, this will probably happen selectively.
The launch date is not yet fixed and depends heavily on delivery quantities. We won’t start until we have a critical amount of stock.
Best regards

I also called yesterday and was told that I can’t get the 5G device/activate it because I don’t live near a 5G antenna…
The fact is that the new booster can also be attached to the house and not just to the window… i.e. I don’t have a window where I can get optimal reception…
The current booster only gives me +30 Mb DL… although according to Checker I could achieve 170… and I even tested it with the Zyxel NR7101 and got +300 Mb…
Then the L2 support told me that I might be able to buy a Nokia 5G booster in the Swisscom shop for 149CHF, but couldn’t confirm to me whether it could be activated afterwards…
