Remote control WITHOUT voice control

    Is there a way to use a different remote control than the one supplied by Swisscom? I don’t want to have voice control integrated.

    The mic in the remote control only becomes active when you press the corresponding button.

    You can also use a universal control with infrared. Then you simply need an infrared eye ([with jack for the “old” UHD boxes](https://www.swisscom.ch/de/privatkunden/produkte/tv/details.html/uhd-accessories-kit-10240233? contractDuration=24&payOption=ONE_TIME#tab%5Bselected%5D=0), or with USB for the brand new box 21) that you which follows TV-Box.

    I personally use a Logitech remote control (Harmony Ultimate). It’s a little more expensive, but I use it to control my entire home cinema.
