Employee access

  • As a inOne KMU mobile customer, I have activated myCloud Standard. How can I give the two employees access to the data in the cloud? You have already received your own login. Do you have to register separately for myCloud?

      @AdrianLB

      I personally use the NAS QNAP TS-251+ for small clubs where all board members can access externally via smartphone and PC.

      So there is no problem with using a cloud etc.

    It’s enough if you have the link. To be on the safe side, protect it with a password.

    Are you sure you want to use MyCloud for business data that may be important?

    Because anyone with a link and password can access it.

    OneDrive, for example, makes it possible to assign rights per user

    Thanks Marcus, I’ll take a look at it with OneDrive. I should be able to manage data together with at least one employee. We currently have a total of around 15 GB of shared data.

    Then log in to OneDrive or GoogleDrive and “buy” additional storage.

    Your business pays for it.

    There is also Box.com, which specializes in business data.

    Hello @cymett

    Okay, interesting. And why is myCloud (standard) now offered with/as an integrated part of inOne SMEs?
    I don’t understand Swisscom’s logic… Please clarify. 🙂
