Replay guide missing

  • Hello everyone

    I’ve been missing the “Replay Guide” since yesterday. I looked around in the menus but couldn’t find anything.

    TV-Box restarted, that doesn’t help either.

    Is there anything known?

    @steff the replay guide is integrated into the TV guide. This means scrolling to the current time in the TV guide and you will see past media.

    If this doesn’t appear at all, try restarting the Internet Box and also resetting the TV Box.

    Which box do you have anyway?

    This is not the replay guide. The Replay Guide is accessed via the home screen and lists the replay programs by category (crime, documentary, etc.). This is much more convenient than scrolling and searching in the TV guide.

    Correctly. Yes, the Replay Guide is really a very comfortable piece. That’s why I immediately noticed that it’s no longer there.

    I have the Swisscom Box. I’ve restarted everything, but that didn’t help. I’ll check again in the evening.

    Yes, the guide is back.

    But I had to restart the SCBox several times and then also restarted the router.
