Was having problems with the promise of “10′000” (only ran for years at ’5700), so I now pay to upgrade to “Infinity” (20′000) and needed to request the service be looked into because the Swisscom ADSL speed test shows only a peak of 48 hours to the speed of 20′000: http://www.cnlab.ch/speedtest/Controller?page=UserReport&language=en&userid=5934428066396.
As you can see from the report, the line is very capable of running at 20′000, so the config problem MUST be inside Swisscom.
I am now requesting AGAIN that it be looked into but I find this disapponting after being a Swisscom customer for 27 years AND having 3 Mobile subscriptions in addition to my fixed and VDSL.
Are there any additional steps I can take as a cutomer to ensure I get an acceptable connection speed; what I pay for?
