AndyMo My inOne mobile prepaid product previously was listed in "My Products" section of My Swisscom Customer Center. Since I've replaced my old SIM card to a new one in nano format I don't see it anymore. How can I get it back to my products list? Thanks!
LeylaG Hello @AndyMo I asked a collegue from the technical support to link again your prepaid number to your Swisscom login. You should now be able to see it again. Let me know if it is ok.
