Transmission block
Hi, for a few months I have been experiencing image and audio freezes both during live programs and when using recordings. I called 0800 twice… where they very kindly reset everything and checked the connection status but did not find any anomalies. Unfortunately the problem is persistent: since I don’t watch TV every day, I don’t know the true extent of the problem, however I suffer from it almost every time I access BluewinTV. In fact I have to turn off the TV box with the remote control. The program restarts intermittently, freezes again for a moment and restarts definitively. To then stop once / twice / three times depending on the day. The cables are fine, the TVBox was replaced for free without my request. In the delivery note it was written that it is a refurbished model but at 0800… they ruled out that it is a problem related to it. Does anyone know how to get out of this?
