How do I change the preview view of my incoming emails and overview list?

Everything you can change for the Apple Mail app is under the normal iOS settings:

Otherwise, the display only changes depending on whether you are holding the iPad horizontally or in portrait format.

I can’t find any information on how to solve this problem in the iOS settings:

When I open the mailbox on my iPad, a preview of the inboxes opens, read and unread. When I open an email, the content is displayed, but I can’t see it completely because scrolling doesn’t work. What do i have to do?

The fact that scrolling doesn’t work is very strange, because that definitely shouldn’t be the case.

Have you ever performed a soft reset on the device (the key combinations are a little different depending on the model)?

And which model iPad and which version of iOS are you talking about?
