Filter and sort recordings

So dear Swisscom, with the new blue TV you want to get the most out of the TV offering. Very good!

What would massively improve the offer would be filters and sorting options for content and recordings. Examples: I’m looking for a movie to stream that’s over 7.0 on IMDB. Or a film that lasts no longer than 90 minutes. Also with sorting option A-Z or Z-A etc.

@Robot Are you talking about a filter function that is only in the blueTV elements such as for renting and buying, or generally also for live TV and replay TV?

I would like to be able to sort and filter blue TV’s media library as well as my recordings.

Selecting a movie/show would be much easier this way.

Maybe @UrsSch or @RomanE can include this as feedback? Then Swisscom will certainly know “initially” that this would also be desirable. But I can’t tell you whether, how and when it will be implemented.

Hello everyone.
Am I correct that sorting by imdb rating is still not possible?
I would like to filter my recordings accordingly on the one hand and also the recommendations and the replay guide on the other.

I agree with the criticism, the operation should be top with these subscription prices, the sorting, search and filter function can’t be a problem for developers, but it is a very annoying weak point whether on the TV, the app or with the web browser.

@Blueben Unfortunately you are only indirectly right.

As a developer, I have also been confronted with sorting functions many times. In some cases it works, but if you have a complex system like BlueTV, where dozens of data sources come together, this can also be difficult.

I also think that the desire to implement this is not very great given the effort involved.
