Looks like you are not using the correct Swisscom login to check your bills.
As explained by @DomiP, for security reason, we don’t enclose the PDF bill anymore to the e-mail.
However, you have the possibility to enable the PDF bill on your My Swisscom online account.
Click on Bills & Costs, Payment & delivery, Manage settings and choose “With PDF invoice”.
Take the opportunity to modify at the same time the invoice notification by email only and save the paper invoice costs of CHF 2.90.
