I’m right with you, except that the Swisscom hotline and shop employees didn’t know anything about the 3rd quarter. On the one hand, it could be a Swisscom defect, but you and I and many other people who don’t work at Swisscom have this article with the 3rd quarter read, so I’m wondering why Swisscom employees couldn’t read this in the press?

Dear Community Manager:

Well, various official things were communicated to Swisscom in advance (since summer).

Among other things, that you can receive and watch the Swiss ice hockey league from the third quarter or that you “won’t miss a game”.

The only question now is when this will apply. from the 2021 playoffs?!

On the hotline you get information that either the technology is to blame, it will happen in the next few days, it will be possible from the end of the month, you have no idea when, maybe, maybe, etc. etc.

And swisscom is actually surprised that the customer is/is getting more than angry.

To date there is no further, reliable information as to when it will actually be visible.

not to mention an apology from swisscom.

People continue to keep quiet about ice hockey and sweep it under the carpet and advertise the good mood with the perfect blue TV; which ice hockey fans no longer really have.

If that’s how work was done in my clinic…my goodness…then goodnight…

My statement is not disrespectful, just direct and honest and when I hear about dismissals among friends then it is only what I notice and communicate here and not an insult.

Sky has never given me any problems in the last 6 years and I can mention that.

We all pay for the subscriptions and what we as customers want and expect from Swisscom is simply honesty.

I can live without MySport, but I think it’s a real shame to promise customers something that you as an operator can’t keep.

And I would like to add that I always believe that the customer is king and the one who pays. But apparently things are different at Swisscom.

Exactly as if everything had been going great on Sky in the last few years, I’ll just say Bayern vs. Dortmund at the end of last year and that was just the culmination of various problems with the stream that lasted for weeks. To be fair, there have been hardly any problems since then.

You may be right.

But do you seriously have the feeling that the community managers have something to do directly with the timing and not just pass on the information that you get yourself?

And please don’t tell me “then you shouldn’t write anything” then it would mean again “they’re not interested in our problems”.

If you’re already looking for someone to blame, then knock on Urs Schaeppi or Christoph Aeschlimann (the fish starts to stink from the head), but what we say here will hardly bother them.

The fact is that it doesn’t start an hour earlier, whether you threaten to cancel etc. or not, so it’s no use blaming the community managers for it.

So all we can do is hope that all the junk will be up and running on the 20th, so I’ll just do what I’ve done before and watch Apple TV via Sky.

I had no problems with the game because I have Sky Via satellite and the game ran smoothly there. In addition to Sky Sat, I only have the Sky Show app.

Hello zame

Now the new, comprehensive range of sports is here!

As of today, sports fans at Swisscom have access to the existing blue Sport offer as well as that of MySports - and thus to the entire range of games from the top Swiss football and ice hockey leagues as well as games from the UEFA Champions League, the UEFA Europa League and many other European ones football leagues or the European and North American hockey leagues.

As a Swisscom customer, you can easily subscribe to the MySports channels with just a few clicks directly via the blue TV platform and pay with your Swisscom bill. To do this, go to the gear wheel at the top left of the home screen, then to the right to “Account” and then to “Channels & Subscriptions”. MySports is available for CHF 25 per month – starting today as a subscription and at a later date also as individual access.

Important to know: MySports is not part of blue Sport, but a separate subscription that you can book for CHF 25. You can still get blue Sport for CHF 29.90 per month. This means that for a total of CHF 54.90, sports fans have access to the entire range of games from the top Swiss football and ice hockey leagues as well as games from the UEFA Champions League, the UEFA Europa League, the Bundesliga, many other European football leagues or the European and North American hockey leagues.

We hope you enjoy joining in the excitement!

Kind regards, MiriamF

Finally, although I will most likely stick with the solution blue Sport via Swisscom and MySport via SKY. Of course, switching in an app is a bit more inconvenient, but I need SKY Sport anyway because of golf and motorsport and for MySport I only pay 10.- with Swisscom it would be 25.- that’s a saving of 180.- a year.

@mantegazza seems like that, it’s not bad either.

Unfortunately, Swisscom hasn’t activated MYSportOne in the “normal packages” like Kabler, which I personally think is a shame, especially since Kabler doesn’t have Blue Zoom in their pay TV packages either. It would only have been fair not even the M(a) There are ySports preview channels, but they aren’t the best.

But hey whatever, that’s why we now have the premium shopping channel!!! Did you let UPC talk you into it too? 😉 Well, whoever needs it. But I personally think teledeporte from Spain is a really nice surprise! Thank you very much. As someone with a French language profile, also the return of RFM TV. very nice!

Answer from Sky:

"Of course you can and will also take a look at the performance of the MySportGo package with us.
However, this will only be activated for you (and for many other customers) via the SwissocomBox from the end of October. From then on you can enjoy the games without any problems. "

Why is it possible to stream mysports broadcasts from UPC to a TV and the mysport channel cannot be streamed on the same pay channel on Blue TV?

@ruediwick

It’s always interesting that Swisscom should be to blame when it comes to ice hockey and they are so quiet about the link below!

Installationen, Netzwerk, Internet, Computertechnik, OS Windows, Apple und Linux.

Swisscom did exactly the same thing with football and was punished! What’s strange to me is that ComCo makes a decision at a time when both parties have agreed to work together. If the ComCo had already done this at the beginning of last year, this merger would have been over long ago!
