Hello,
Yesterday I updated Windows 10 and this morning I can no longer recover my Emails with my Windows Book Mail program. There is an error message. I checked the password, it is OK and I have access to my emails from Webmail Swisscom directly on the net.
Is there a configuration to modify?

Is the password you entered for the mailbox, not for the Swisscom Login?
The first thing I would do would be to restart the PC and also the router again to clear all the cache tables. The configuration seems correct.

if the connection problem persists -> test with the IMAP protocol
With the POP3 protocol, viewed emails disappear from the server, which means you
prevents them from being consulted a second time (e.g. from a mobile phone or webmail). Access
to Outlook via POP3 certainly gives the possibility of leaving copies of your messages on the
server, but the mail interface is having more problems due to
different server settings. It then becomes difficult to know whether the messages have been
modified, read or responded to.
