I would say that you also offer other channels in HD that are far from being in HD in terms of picture or at least content. Of course that depends on the broadcasters. Personally, I prefer a channel in HD (even if it doesn’t quite meet the criteria) to a down-sampled SD channel.

It’s just a question of philosophy, but it’s probably most sustainable if the broadcaster offers what it declares. And in order for that to happen again, it would probably be best if everyone who wanted an HD signal from the station contacted the station.
