IP on Spamhouse's Policy Block List (PBL).

What to do if the IP is listed on the Spamhaus Project’s Policy Block List (PBL)? As a simple user, you obviously cannot have an IP deleted from the list.

The PBL is not a blacklist. The PBL is a list of all “dynamic” IPs distributed by Internet providers to their customers. This means that every IP that you receive from Swisscom or another provider will inevitably be on the PBL. That’s the whole point of the PBL.

See here (the red part actually says it all).

In short: you can’t and don’t have to do anything about it. The fact that your IP is on the PBL is normal and desired.

@BenutzerX

Many IP ranges are listed on the Spamhaus PBL (Policy Block List), from which IPs are dynamically distributed by ISPs to the CPEs of their end customers. This list is used by many mail providers on their incoming servers to reject these IPs, because according to best practices it is not desirable for emails to be sent directly from dynamic IPs; these should be sent via the ISP’s mail infrastructure. e.g. smtpauths.bluewin.ch, or another mail provider (such as GMX, Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook etc.).
