Blurred picture when changing channels

Hello everyone,

I have a TV-box 2. associated with an Internet-box.

When changing channels with the remote control, the following occurs:

the new channel appears correctly then, after around 10s, the image is scrambled (garbage) for around 20s, then everything returns to normal, the image is correct.

I turned off the router, the TV box, then restarted everything: without success.

I then reset the TV box, still without success.

What else can I do?

Hello Gian-Piero,

Are you experiencing this problem currently? If this is the case, you can try to reset the TV-Box by inserting a pointed object for 30 seconds into the hole provided for this purpose.

Thank you for your response.

I reset the TV-Box, without success.

In fact, the problem was that my line was running at a quarter of its bandwidth! They changed my router, without success, then a charming operator managed to find and eliminate the fault after more than two hours of intervention. The outage was apparently due to an automatic (?) limitation of the bandwidth of my line. Swisscom will test it for seven days and send me the corresponding report.
