As already noted (see above): You are talking about ARD and say that Swisscom is misrepresenting this. But it still applies: If you check the ARD website now (12:19), there is nothing in the TV program this evening regarding a special program. So here’s my view again in 2-3 points:

• You are therefore demanding that Swisscom begins to correct the TV program itself manually wherever the broadcasters provide this incorrectly. This demand can be made. But I can also find such a demand ridiculous. That’s my view: It’s better to complain to ARD that they should maintain their data in advance (preferably a few days in advance).
• In my opinion, I would leave it open whether Swisscom should here - see point above.
• Why it’s a problem if you express your displeasure here: That’s not a problem at all. You can do that. But I can also find it ridiculous for such a triviality 😉. So everyone has their own perspective and that’s a good thing. In the end, it’s neither your view nor my view that matters, but in the end the most commonly represented view/opinion is relevant in Switzerland. And that’s a good thing (at least for me).
• Nevertheless, I believe that there is a reason why the anger here is not really appropriate: it is a customer-help-customer forum. But each person is allowed to deal with it however he/she wants - and I can also have my opinion on how I feel about dealing with it.

The EPG on the LOVENATURE 4K channel has only stopped working for exactly 1 hour since the summer time change. This has nothing to do with Corona or anything else.

I have the same problem too, but when I was at our neighbor’s house this afternoon, it was showing him the program that was currently being broadcast. He is also at Swisscom like me. That means it can’t be the broadcaster’s fault.

Yes, there are a few things wrong at the moment.

But Swisscom receives this information from the broadcasters and does not type it in itself.

If something is delivered incorrectly, Swisscom can rarely do anything about it.

In addition, due to the current situation, a lot of changes are being made to the programs that are not being communicated.

See sports channel. Almost nothing is right there.

Why do I have to wait twice as long for Brack to deliver something? Why do I no longer receive deliveries from LeShop, even though I have been one of the highest-selling customers for years? Why doesn’t Meusburger manage to create customs documents so that Swiss customs can let the goods through without any problems? Why does customs take so long? And why shouldn’t I be allowed to go to Ticino now? Now the streets are empty and there are definitely no traffic jams? And why is TheWalkingDead no longer dubbed in German?

Sorry, but to me that sounds rather petty and embarrassing… I would like to have your problems… once we get to the point where 100% correct EPGs enjoy the highest priority, then all will be right with the world again.

Regarding bandwidth:

Since the resources in the network/backbone are shared with DSL-Anschluss, you can only specify the technically maximum possible value per location, but cannot guarantee it.

If there is a comparison with the SBB, then please do so correctly. The train runs reliably according to the timetable, but the SBB cannot guarantee you a seat because this depends on the current occupancy. And that’s exactly how it is with the bandwidth of the Internet connection.

From my point of view, @LouisCyphre is currently not about a substantive, factual discussion (or a serious question). He just wants to be able to vomit somewhere (and perhaps draws a certain amount of energy from the answers) - so I wouldn’t go into the points at all. #DontFeedTheTrolls 🙂
