Swisscom TV Air (Pay TV and recordings) no longer playable on IOS 13.4?

    • Today I installed IOS 13.4 on my Apple devices iPad and iPhone.

    Now I have noticed that the Pay TV content can no longer be played.

    These devices were then duplicated in the device list, I suspect it has something to do with IOS 13.4.

    I then deregistered the old ones (IOS 13.3.x).

    Unfortunately it still doesn’t work. Hence the question:

    Do pay TV channels or recordings on the iPad or iPhone still work for you with ISO 13.4?

      Apple’s recently released iOS update 13.4 caused an issue that impacted the Teleclub channels. Unfortunately, they are currently not available.

      The problem will be fixed with the EOS4 update, which will be made available on the AppStore in the next few days.

      The Swisscom TV Air team apologizes for the inconvenience.

    Apple seems to have made a fool of it with the latest update. Apple doesn’t allow downgrading. And in times of Corona, it will probably take a few days for Swisscom to fix it again with a fix.

    I’ll just keep looking on Android.
