Why is there no more information about actors available?

Why is there no more information about actors available?

Since the switch to black, no information regarding the director/actors is available anymore. When I click on the film, I only see the summary of the plot but no other information.

Is this added value or does Swisscom find this information unnecessary?

I just tried it on the TV-Air as well as on the Internet box. I can find information about the actors on both systems.

Swisscom Box: TV Guide, select the show, click on “More information” at the bottom and a new window will open where you can see the actors and click on them.

The same is with TV-Air.

Found it. Click on shipment information with OK. At the very bottom in the middle you can see the field for further information… click on it and all the information about the actors will appear.

But Dan_man thinks that you used to be able to click on a film in the TV guide, then click again directly on the actors/directors listed below and then you would practically get a whole CV. Probably from a database like IMDB offers. This is just missing completely or only the Geburtsdatum appears. The actors appear anyway, even without clicking on “further information”.
