Whether with a black background or light

You can no longer read actor lists!!!
There was a problem with that, just get rid of the actor lists and there was no problem anymore!

Bravo Swisscom!!!
Luckily I still have 3 HD speakers!!! (the lists are still there!)

While the film is running, press “OK” and then use the cursor key to scroll down (“More information”). Afterwards, the actors’ names appear, but not their name in the film. Unfortunately, attribution is no longer always possible because photos of the actors are only partially displayed. In particular, supporting actors who are not yet registered with photos in Wikipedia can no longer be found. An unfortunate loss of information.

I was told that the black background looks better on my large TV than on a smaller TV, where we find dark mode very difficult.

I’m not a technician or developer but I think it shouldn’t be a problem to be able to offer 2 background variants.

I’m not thrilled either.

An unprecedented deterioration, I’m thinking about looking for a new provider!

Swisscom should ask its subscribers what improvements they would like

and not just introduce some pointless changes.

As paying customers, we may know better what we want.

An example: I only want to see the broadcast list with channels that I want according to my

You can watch subscriptions and not hundreds of blocked channels.

Actor lists are not “further information” to recognize a film.
Example:

Currently “tu ne tueras point” is playing.
there is it with Mel Gibson or by “Claude Autant-Lara” the difference should be clear from the start as it once was!

It’s not about complaining about whether you like the new look or not, I also think it’s stylish, it’s just that I have a lot of trouble, I can’t read the writing well, it tires me, it blinds me, my eyes didn’t get so bad overnight and that seems to be the case to do the same to others. That’s all I care about. I’m new here (as of today) and am amazed at the enormous feedback. And yes, I accept that the networks are very busy and perhaps not everything is running as usual, but if all areas of Swisscom were extremely busy, the rollout of TV OS 4.0 would certainly have been postponed. So now I won’t comment on the topic anymore. My only choice is to take it as it is. Or Swisscom will make an adjustment, I expect an answer from Swisscom. Or I could switch to another provider, which I would be very reluctant to do because I was extremely happy with what I had. Thanks to everyone in the community.

I find it absolutely impossible from Swisscom, the TV Guide interface is terrible with the black background bad for the eyes. I want the option to select again. I wonder if competing products aren’t better. Unfortunately I don’t find any improvement with the new settings, rather the opposite is the case here.

I can only agree with these statements. This new TV guide is in no way clear. As if this is supposed to be a development? Swisscom simply wants to force these useless needs on us users. Please go back to the way it was before, that you get the films listed per channel, or can Swisscom really not do it?

The larger font for the film description is better. Thanks for this adjustment.
