Mycloud Desktop: Taskbar icon disappears after being clicked

When I click on the Mycloud Desktop icon in the taskbar the window opens briefly (1-2 sec) then disappears. It reappears after a few moments but the problem repeats if you click again. On the other hand, the icon in the Desktop is inactive.

The program is nevertheless active. Synchronization with the mycloud folder takes place normally.

If I reinstall the program (also after complete uninstallation) operation is normal for about ten seconds, then the error repeats…

Is the problem known? And is there a solution?
