Swisscom Home app - smart home devices disappeared

  • In the Swisscom home app (Android and iOS)

    I can no longer see my mystrom, sonos and qbee.

    Does anyone else have this problem too?

    Or an idea like zundebugging?

    • Yes, access was active. Normally this option is only for “access from remote”. If I only want to connect at home then it shouldn’t matter, right?

      Nevertheless, your suggestion gave me the idea to click on this option.
      Then you see the “activated devices” I simply deleted my smartphone and then it worked.
      Now the app is connected again and all smart home devices are visible.

    Has the Internet box been switched off and on at the back?

    Have you ever reinstalled the app and then logged in again via WiFi?

    The admin password should be retained during reboot and factory reset. Sometimes you just have to wait a few minutes after rebooting. And if it still doesn’t work, you can try using the default password (I’ll send it to you via PM).

    I know my admin password and it works from my smartphone with Internet browser.

    Only the app can’t connect.
