Hello everyone,

My UHD box has just been updated to EOS 4.0. To my great surprise, the TV guide no longer allows it to be displayed channel by channel (an option that I have used for years), but only all the channels at once.

Am I missing something or is this option no longer available?

No not at all

Having had the new box for 6 weeks, I find nothing wrong with the operation or the visual appearance of said box. Compared to the Netplus box, Swisscom has better bills.

It’s March 27, still nothing. I’m still on OS 3.2

hello, what should we do to receive the update. my UHD TV BOX is still powered on, I have restarted several times without any success

@Pierrot48 Don’t complain about not having received it, my 2nd Swisscom TV received the update and I would like to go to my optician urgently… except that it is closed because of this damn virus!!

We have 22 screens next to each other, one on top of the other and with a black background white writing and color diagrams ha ha ha
